We deliver to areas within mainland UK. Should you live outside the mainland please contact us for a delivery cost quotation.

We use an excellent courier service but it is very important that delivery details are made clear. It is best if someone is in to receive the order. Many customers prefer their orders to be delivered to their place of work. If you wish your order to be left if no one is in, please make the delivery instructions very clear, e.g. ‘please leave at number 20’…….next door could mean one of several neighbours.

We occasionally are asked to send an order which has the instructions “leave in the porch”. Please note that any order that is left unattended is done so at your own risk. Should the courier be unable to leave the package with you or a neighbour it will be left in a suitable place and a card indicating where it has been left put through the door. We can not be held responsible if a delivery is held up because no one is available to receive it and there are no alternative instructions.

It is essential that the delivery address and post code are accurate. Postal and courier services increasingly use post codes for delivery. If you are uncertain of the post code there are a number of web sites where such information can be checked. If the delivery address given is incorrect we cannot be held responsible.

Sorry to go on…..but clear delivery instructions are so important to your ultimate enjoyment of the cheese.

Christmas Delivery  Final orders will be taken until 5pm on Wednesday 14th December.  All orders will be posted by Monday 19th December.  All cheeses sent will be in perfect condition for Christmas.  Courier services are exceptionally busy over the Christmas period and as a result they cannot guarantee delivery on a set date.
Should there be snow, this often causes problems with deliveries.  Obviously the couriers will do all that they can to get deliveries to you for Christmas…but please be aware…. we cannot be held responsible for any difficulties caused by poor weather conditions.
